Three-dimensional under-seepage flow into sheeted excavation in phreatic layer
Seepage flow rate into circular and square cofferdams, and danger of hydraulic failure were investigated theoretically and with aid of electro-hydraulic analogy previously described; experimental results are extended to case of excavation in groundwater with free surface, and are presented in graphs and tables.
