Erection of Rochester Monaca cantilever bridge across Ohio River; guy derricks which set all steel in four spans of structure were light and required little reinforcing of cantilever arms to erect steel to center of suspended spans; bridge has main span of 780 ft., anchor span of 480 ft., and end spans of 540 and 360 ft.; suspended spans 300 ft. long are included in main span and in 540-ft. end span.
