Fire hazard classification of building materials
Test methods by which fire hazard characteristics of materials may be studied under conditions simulating building exposures that encourage rapid spread of fire; test data show relative performance of lumber, cellulose boards, plywoods, and fabrics in normal state and after treatment to reduce combustibility; results compared on numerical basis with performance of untreated lumber and with non-combustible asbestos cement board.
