Single story, two unit structure using structural panel system of construction has floor area of 705 sq ft, content of 9170 cu ft and costs $2400; precast standardized components having maximum weight 400 lb are of vibrated concrete cast in wooden molds; wall panels are hollow sections, 2 ft 6 in. wide, 2 ft 8 in. high and 8 in. thick; roof is formed by hollow beams with addition of waterproof covering.
