The invention discloses a concrete prefabricated house. The concrete prefabricated house comprises a prefabricated wall body, a prefabricated floor slab and a prefabricated kitchen and bath unit body.The prefabricated kitchen and bath unit body comprises a kitchen and bath bottom wall and a kitchen and bath side wall; a first bearing platform protruding out of the kitchen and bath side wall extends out from the kitchen and bath bottom wall; the top surface of the first bearing platform is aligned with the top surface of the kitchen and bath bottom wall or is higher than the top surface of thekitchen and bath bottom wall; the end part of the prefabricated floor slab is placed on the top surface of the first bearing platform; the end part of the prefabricated floor slab is also spaced fromthe kitchen and bath side wall so that the prefabricated floor slab, the first bearing platform and the kitchen and bath side wall mutually define a first concrete pouring mold cavity; a vertical connecting steel reinforcement positioned in the first concrete pouring mold cavity extends upwards from the first bearing platform; a horizontal connecting steel reinforcement positioned in the first concrete pouring mold cavity and matched with the vertical connecting steel reinforcement extends out from the end part of the prefabricated floor slab; and a first concrete pouring layer burying the vertical connecting steel reinforcement and the horizontal connecting steel reinforcement is poured in the first concrete pouring mold cavity so as to solve the problem of water drainage and leakage inthe same layer.
