Study of crack resistance of light weight concretes by means of ring method
Investigations by ring method are described for evaluating crack resistance of concrete as combination of effect of shrinkage, creep, critical elongations, strength, modulus of elasticity and other physico-mechanical factors; shortcomings of method are indicated; it was determined that "perlite" concretes have lower crack-resistance than concretes with other filler types.
