Wand, insbesondere Seitenwand, für einen Möbelkorpus (8), wobei die Wand (1) wenigstens eine sich von einer, vorzugsweise ebenen, Stirnseite (1a) der Wand (1) erstreckende Ausnehmung (7) aufweist, wobei die wenigstens eine Ausnehmung (7) dazu ausgebildet ist, einen Beschlag (9) aufzunehmen, mittels welchem Beschlag (9) ein Möbelteil, insbesondere eine Möbelklappe (10) oder eine Möbeltüre, relativ zur Wand (1) führbar ist, vorzugsweise wobei die wenigstens eine Ausnehmung (7) von der Stirnseite (1a) der Wand (1) aus in die Wand (1) eingefräst ist, wobei in die wenigstens eine Ausnehmung (7) wenigstens ein, vorzugsweise genau ein, Platzhalter (11) für den Beschlag (9) eingesetzt ist.
