Abstract A water diverter comprising: an upstream body configured to connect to an upstream section of a downpipe in use, including: a filter; and a cavity between the filter and an exterior of the upstream body; and a downstream body, configured to connect to a downstream section of a downpipe and to the upstream body in use; and at least one outlet, wherein the upstream body is slidable relative to the upstream section of downpipe within a suitable range to facilitate installation of the water diverter to a downpipe.
