    Abstract The present invention proposes an electroosmosis treatment method and a road structure for reducing the water content of a roadbed. Electrodes are inserted into an over-wet soil roadbed and connected to direct current, and water in roadbed fillers is forcibly collected near the negative electrodes under the action of direct current and 5 drained out, thereby reducing the water content of the roadbed. The construction method avoids excavation of the roadbed, simplifies the construction process and reduces the construction cost while ensuring the normal traffic of a road, and therefore has a broad application prospect.
