Abstract [Abstract] [Problem] To provide a rainwater storage and infiltration facility having a structure in which the assembly of respective constituting bodies is easy, and the strength of each configuration unit member of the constituting body is improved, and various kinds of forces to be applied to the constituting body is dispersed, so that the entire structural body is difficult to be deformed. [Solution] In the rainwater storage and infiltration facility, at the upper side of lower-side frame-shaped block units 40 arranged in the X and Y directions at an interval d therebetween corresponding to the a width size of an arm portion 13 of a cross-shaped plane portion 12 of a unit block member 10, a plurality of upper-side frame-shaped block units are arranged in the X and Y directions each at a position shifted in a diagonal line direction so as to extend over rectangular recessed portions 15 at four corner portions of four lower-side frame-shaped block units that are adjacent to one another in the diagonal line direction, and the rectangular recessed portions 15 of the lower-side and upper-side frame-shaped block units are joined to each other.
