To provide a rainwater storage infiltration facility that has each structure that is easy to assemble, has each constitutional member of a structure with improved strength, and has the structure in which various forces acting on the structure are dispersed and the entire structure is not easily deformed.SOLUTION: The rainwater storage infiltration facility comprises an upper frame-shaped block unit arranged side by side in X and Y directions on an upper side of a lower frame-shaped block unit 40, wherein a rectangular recesses 15 of lower and upper frame-shaped block units are joined together, the upper frame-shaped block unit straddles the rectangular recesses 15 at four corner parts diagonally adjacent to each of four lower frame-shaped block units at positions offset in a diagonal direction, and the lower frame-shaped block units are arranged in the X and Y directions with an interval d corresponding to a width dimension of an arm portion 13 of a cruciform plane part 12 of the unit block member 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
