METHOD FOR PREPARING FOAMED BRICKS BY USING TITANIUM GYPSUM
The present disclosure relates to the field of the comprehensive utilization of titanium gypsum, and specifically relates to a method for preparing foamed bricks by using the titanium gypsum. The method for preparing the foamed bricks by using the titanium gypsum according to the present disclosure includes the following steps: (1) mixing powders: a portland cement, quicklime, fly ash and an aluminium powder are added in a proportion to the titanium gypsum sieved, and then ground to obtain a mixed powder; (2) foaming: water and a foaming agent are sequentially added in a proportion to the mixed powder to stir evenly, and then injected into a mold to form, to obtain a green body; (3) curing: the green body is cut, and then sequentially performed with an autoclaved curing and a room-temperature curing, to obtain the foamed bricks of the titanium gypsum; wherein, the titanium gypsum is a semi-hydrated gypsum which undergoes a dehydration treatment to a water content of <10 wt%. The present disclosure greatly reduces the stacking of the titanium gypsum to save the land, and turns the titanium gypsum into treasure to improve its utilization efficiency. 17920822_1 (GHMatters) P116871.AU
