The invention belongs to the field of comprehensive utilization of titanium gypsum resources, and particularly relates to a method for preparing a foamed brick from titanium gypsum. The method for preparing the foamed brick from the titanium gypsum comprises the following steps: (1) mixing powders: adding Portland cement, quick lime, fly ash and aluminum powder into the sieved titanium gypsum in proportion, and then grinding the mixture to obtain the mixed powder; (2) foaming molding: sequentially adding water and a foaming agent into the mixed powder in proportion, uniformly stirring the mixture, and injecting the mixture into a mold for molding to obtain a green body; (3) curing: cutting the green body, and sequentially carrying out autoclaved curing and room-temperature curing to obtainthe titanium gypsum foamed brick, wherein the titanium gypsum is semi-hydrated gypsum which is subjected to dehydration treatment until the water content is less than 10 wt%. By means of the method,accumulation of the titanium gypsum is greatly reduced, land is saved, the titanium gypsum can be turned into wealth, and the resource utilization efficiency is improved.
本发明属于钛石膏资源综合利用领域，具体的涉及一种利用钛石膏制备发泡砖的方法。本发明所述的利用钛石膏制备发泡砖的方法，包括以下步骤：(1)混合粉体：向过筛的钛石膏中按比例加入硅酸盐水泥、生石灰、粉煤灰和铝粉，然后研磨，得到混合粉体；(2)发泡成型：按比例向混合粉体中依次加入水、发泡剂，搅拌均匀后注入模具内成型，得到胚体；(3)养护：胚体切割，依次进行蒸压养护、室温养护，得到钛石膏发泡砖；其中，所述的钛石膏为经过脱水处理至含水量<10wt％的半水石膏。本发明大幅度减少钛石膏的堆积，节约土地，又能够使钛石膏变废为宝，提高资源利用效率。
