Disclosed is a frame for an elongate drainage channel section comprising a channel bottom and two side walls. The frame comprises two bars spaced apart, each having a substantially L-shaped cross section comprised of two flanges, the horizontal flange of each bar facing inwards towards the other bar, and the vertical flange of each bar extending upwards; and a plurality of cross-braces, each cross-brace having a substantially L-shaped cross-section comprised of two flanges, a horizontal flange being fixed at either end to the horizontal flanges of the bars of the frame, and a vertical flange extending downwards; each end of the cross-brace further comprises an end plate for receiving a fixing. 14 15 12c 12a 12b 12Fig. 1. \12 Fig. 2.
