Abstract A security device which when fitted restricts access to the hardware that secures access covers, doors, compartments, or any other type of enclosure. The invention combined with a standard padlock improves the security aspects of the existing hardware configuration by presenting a physical barrier restricting access to the hardware. Hardware typically includes keylocks, camlocks, bolts or screws. The device comprises a base which is attached to an access cover, door, or compartment, and a cover that fits inside of the base to restrict visual and physical access to the existing securing hardware.
