-19 Abstract CROSS SLOPE WITH GRADE COMPENSATION A mobile construction equipment (10) for operation on a surface (100) having at least one longitudinal slope grade (GLS), the mobile construction equipment (10) including: a blade (30) that is movable with respect to the mobile construction equipment (10), the blade (30) having a first blade side (31A) and a second blade side (3IB) opposite the first blade side (31A), the blade being for imparting at least one cross slope grade (Gcs) on the surface (100); and a controller (96) for receiving the at least one longitudinal slope grade (GLS), a first blade side position (P31A) of the first blade side (31A), and at least one target cross slope grade (TGCS), and, based on the at least one longitudinal slope grade (GLS) and the first blade side position (P31A), adjusting a second blade side position (P31) of the second blade side (31B).
