The present invention relates to a device for a pavement manhole with a support frame, for closing a panel hinged on the frame using permanent articulation means. The device is characterised in that the pivot axis (8) includes a pin made of at least two parts (13, 14) telescopically mounted into each other and spaced from each other by a spring (15) provided between the two telescopic parts (13, 14) so as to engage and hold the two ends of the pin (8) respectively in two blind holes (20) of the frame. The invention can be used in road equipment.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de fermeture pour regard de chaussée à cadre de support d'un panneau monté articulé sur le cadre par des moyens d'articulation indémontables. Le dispositif est caractérisé en ce que l'axe de pivotement (8) comprend une broche constituée d'au moins deux parties (13, 14) montées télescopiquement l'une dans l'autre et axialement écartées l'une de l'autre par un ressort (15) interposé entre les deux parties télescopiques (13, 14) de manière à engager et maintenir les deux extrémités de la broche (8) respectivement dans deux trous borgnes (20) du cadre (1). L'invention trouve application dans le domaine de la voirie.
