DOOR TOP LATCHING ACTUATION
Door top latch and actuating apparatus, comprising in combination, a mounting bracket configured to attach to a door top, a latch located by the bracket to move up and down, relative to the door top, an actuator rod extending vertically below the latch, and operatively connected to the latch whereby door handle operated vertical movement of the rod moves the latch vertically, and a compression spring associated with the rod for urging the rod and latch upwardly into latching position, the spring accommodating downward movement of the rod and latch, to unlatch the door, and a motion adaptor operatively connected between the rod and latch.
Un loquet de haut de porte et un dispositif dactionnement, comprenant en combinaison, un support de montage configuré de façon à être fixé au haut dune porte, un loquet situé près du support pour monter et descendre par rapport au haut de la porte et une tige dactionneur sétendant verticalement sous le loquet et reliée de manière fonctionnelle au loquet. Le mouvement vertical de la tige actionné par la poignée de porte déplace le loquet verticalement. Un ressort de compression associé à la tige pousse la tige et le loquet vers le haut en position de verrouillage, le ressort permettant le mouvement descendant de la tige et du loquet pour déverrouiller la porte. Un adaptateur de mouvement est relié de manière fonctionnelle entre la tige et le loquet.

Un loquet de haut de porte et un dispositif dactionnement, comprenant en combinaison, un support de montage configuré de façon à être fixé au haut dune porte, un loquet situé près du support pour monter et descendre par rapport au haut de la porte et une tige dactionneur sétendant verticalement sous le loquet et reliée de manière fonctionnelle au loquet.
