A method of handling fall protection systems (2) in association with towers, pylons and masts includes climbing a tower (5), securing a guide channel (10) to a top portion (6) of the tower, extending a fall protection guide line (20) through the guide channel, connecting a first end (3) of a fall protection system (2) to a first end (21) of the guide line (20), extending the fall protection system (2) through the secured guide channel (10) by pulling a second end (22) of the guide line, securing the first end (3) of the fall protection system to a ground (G) level fixing point (8) and securing a second end (4) of the fall protection system to personal protection equipment worn by a worker. An assembly (1) for handling fall protection systems in association with towers, pylons and masts is also provided.
L'invention porte sur un procédé de manipulation de systèmes de protection anti-chute (2) en association avec des tours, des pylônes et des mâts, lequel procédé met en uvre l'escalade d'une tour (5), la fixation d'un canal de guidage (10) à une partie supérieure (6) de la tour, l'extension d'une ligne de guidage de protection anti-chute (20) à travers le canal de guidage, la liaison d'une première extrémité (3) d'un système de protection anti-chute (2) à une première extrémité (21) de la ligne de guidage (20), l'extension du système de protection anti-chute (2) à travers le canal de guidage fixé (10) par la traction d'une seconde extrémité (22) de la ligne de guidage, la fixation de la première extrémité (3) du système de protection anti-chute à un point de fixation (8) au niveau du sol (G) et la fixation d'une seconde extrémité (4) du système de protection anti-chute à un équipement de protection personnel porté par un travailleur.
