ARTIFICIAL MARBLE, AND SYSTEM AND METHOD OF PRODUCING ARTIFICIAL MARBLE
A method of producing an artificial stone slab having enhanced properties due to the fact that it is gap-free and air-free is disclosed. The method comprises producing lumps of composite stone material by using a mixer; dusting the lumps; placing the dusted lumps into a container; spreading the lumps substantially uniformly in the container; allowing the lumps to settle completely in contact with one another, and not only with a binder material or a filler material; performing stabilization of the lumps, to avoid losing the form of the lumps during transition of the lumps to a subsequent unit; compacting the lumps by vacuum and vibration process; removing all air in between the lumps such that among said lumps exists only air-free non-agglomerated slab material; curing the container of lumps; cutting and polishing the cured material to result in an air-free formed artificial stone slab.
On décrit une méthode de production dune dalle de pierre artificielle avec des propriétés améliorées obtenues par le fait quelle est exempte dinterstices et dair. La méthode comprend la production de morceaux de matériel de pierre composite à laide dun mélangeur; le dépoussiérage des morceaux; le placement des morceaux dépoussiérés dans un récipient; la répartition sensiblement uniforme des morceaux dans le récipient; de laisser se déposer les morceaux complètement en contact les uns avec les autres et non pas seulement avec un matériau liant ou un matériau de remplissage; la réalisation de la stabilisation des morceaux pour éviter de perdre la forme des morceaux pendant la transition des morceaux vers une unité subséquente; la compaction des morceaux par un procédé sous vide ou vibratoire; le retrait de tout lair dentre les morceaux de sorte quil existe parmi lesdits morceaux uniquement du matériel de dalle non aggloméré et exempt dair; le durcissement du récipient de morceaux; la coupe et le polissage du matériau durci pour produire une dalle de pierre artificielle formée sans air.
