CHAIN TENSIONING ARRANGEMENT AS WELL AS PUMP STATION
The invention relates to a chain tensioning arrangement (2) for a column pipe which is configured to house a submersible pump. The chain tensioning arrangement is characterized in that it comprises a radially extending cross beam (13), a spring arrangement (16) connected to the cross beam (13) and comprising at least one spring member (17), and an arm (18) that is movably connected to the cross beam (13) and that comprises an engagement member (19) configured to optionally engage a chain connected to said pump. The arm is displaceable in the axial direction between a lower position and an upper position. The spring member is arranged to displace the arm in the direction from the lower position towards the upper position. The invention also relates to a pump station comprising a column pipe, a submersible pump arranged in the column pipe and an axially extending chain connected to the pump and configured to move the pump in the column pipe. The pump station is characterized by the inventive chain tensioning arrangement.
L'invention porte sur un agencement de tension de chaîne (2) pour un tuyau en colonne qui est configuré de façon à renfermer une pompe submersible. L'agencement de tension de chaîne est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une entretoise s'étendant radialement (13), un agencement de ressort (16) relié à l'entretoise (13) comprenant au moins un élément de ressort (17), un bras (18) qui est relié de façon mobile à l'entretoise (13) et qui comprend un élément de prise (19) configuré de façon à venir en prise, facultativement, avec une chaîne reliée à ladite pompe. Le bras peut être déplacé dans la direction axiale entre une position inférieure et une position supérieure. L'élément de ressort est agencé de façon à déplacer le bras dans la direction à partir de la position inférieure vers la position supérieure. L'invention porte également sur une station de pompe, laquelle station comprend un tuyau en colonne, une pompe submersible disposée dans le tuyau en colonne et une chaîne s'étendant axialement reliée à la pompe et configurée de façon à déplacer la pompe dans le tuyau en colonne. La station de pompe est caractérisée par l'agencement de tension de chaîne inventif.
