SHOTCRETE COMPOSITION
A shotcrete composition comprising a) a cementitious binder; b) an ettringite formation controller comprising (i) a glyoxylic acid condensate and/or a glyoxylic acid adduct; and c) an alkali-free, aluminum-based shotcrete accelerator. The invention further relates to a process comprising providing a cementitious composition comprising a) a cementitious binder, and b) an ettringite formation controller comprising (i) a glyoxylic acid condensate and/or a glyoxylic acid adduct; admixing an alkali-free, aluminum- based shotcrete accelerator to the cementitious composition to obtain a shotcrete composition; and applying the shotcrete composition onto a surface to obtain a shotcrete structure and allowing the shotcrete structure to harden. The invention also relates to a hardened shotcrete structure obtained by this process.
La présente invention concerne une composition de béton projeté comprenant a) un liant cimentaire ; b) un régulateur de formation d'ettringite comprenant (i) un condensat d'acide glyoxylique et/ou un produit d'addition d'acide glyoxylique ; et c) un accélérateur de béton projeté à base d'aluminium, exempt d'alcali. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé consistant à utiliser une composition cimentaire comprenant a) un liant cimentaire et b) un régulateur de formation d'ettringite comprenant (i) un condensat d'acide glyoxylique et/ou un produit d'addition d'acide glyoxylique ; mélanger un accélérateur de béton projeté à base d'aluminium, exempt d'alcali à la composition cimentaire pour obtenir une composition de béton projeté ; et appliquer la composition de béton projeté sur une surface pour obtenir une structure de béton projeté et permettre à la structure de béton projeté de durcir. L'invention concerne également une structure de béton projeté durcie obtenue par ce procédé.
