Silicon carbide ceramic filter plate and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a silicon carbide ceramic filter plate. The silicon carbide ceramic filter plate is composed of a carrier layer, a transitional layer and a film layer which are stacked sequentially, wherein the material of the carrier layer and the material of the transition layer are subjected to semi-dry pressing by a two-material-distribution method to form a plate shape, then the slurry of the film layer is sprayed on the outer surface of the transitional layer, and finally sintering is carried out to obtain the silicon carbide ceramic filter plate. In addition, the invention further discloses a preparation method of the silicon carbide ceramic filter plate. The silicon carbide ceramic filter plate disclosed by the invention is of a three-layer structure and has a more reasonable porous gradient; moreover, the preparation method is simple and practicable, beneficial to pore diameter regulation and control, excellent in product performance, high in strength and high in porosity; in particular, the filter pores are not liable to block, thus effectively increasing the filter efficiency and prolonging the service life, and further greatly reducing the loss of concentrates and the production cost of enterprises.
