The invention relates to a preparation method of a boron carbide ceramic filter plate, which comprises the following steps of: adopting boron carbide as aggregate, adding a plasticizer, a binding agent, an adhesive and a sintering aid, carrying out ball milling and mixing, granulating, drying, molding and pressing, curing and the like to form a base plate, and preparing a waterway in the base plate. Mixing and ball-milling boron carbide micro powder, a sintering aid, charcoal, water and yellow dextrin to prepare surface layer slurry, spraying the obtained boron carbide surface layer slurry with different particle sizes on a base plate, and curing and firing to obtain the boron carbide ceramic filter plate. The boron carbide ceramic filter plate prepared according to the preparation method disclosed by the invention is light in weight, can reduce the load on a main shaft of a filter in a use process and the mounting difficulty and the transportation strength of the filter plate, and has certain compressive strength and wear resistance; the thickness of the filter plate can be reduced, the filter efficiency is improved, and the production cost and the use cost are effectively saved.
本发明涉及一种碳化硼陶瓷过滤板的制备方法，采用碳化硼为骨料，加入增塑剂、结合剂以及胶黏剂、烧结助剂进行球磨混料后进行造粒、烘干、成型压制、养护等工艺步骤后形成基板，在基板中进行水路的制备，之后采用碳化硼微粉、烧结助剂、木炭以及水、黄糊精混合球磨进行面层浆料的制备，将得到的不同粒径的碳化硼面层浆料进行基板喷涂后进行养护烧制得到碳化硼陶瓷过滤板。按照本发明制备方法所制得的碳化硼陶瓷过滤板重量轻，可降低使用过程中对过滤机主轴的负荷以及过滤板的安装难度和运输强度，同时具备一定的抗压强度和耐磨损性，可以降低过滤板厚度增加过滤效率有效的节约了生产成本和使用成本。
