The invention discloses a process for improving the doping amount of mining and mineral separation scraps and waste stones in P.C32.5 cement. The process comprises the following steps: matching the mining and mineral separation scraps and waste stones with limestone in parts by weight, wherein the mining and mineral separation scraps and waste stones comprise sandstones, iron powder and raw materials and the use amounts of the materials are as follows in parts by weight: 85 parts of limestone, 15.0 parts of sandstones, 3.8 parts of iron powder and 103 parts of the raw materials; mixing and stirring the mining and mineral separation scraps and waste stones and the limestone in a mining region by using an excavator or a loading machine; and then conveying the mixture into a grinding machine to prepare the cement. According to the process for improving the doping amount of the mining and mineral separation scraps and the waste stones in the P.C32.5 cement, the defects in the prior art that the quality of the cement is not stable, the cost is high, the economic benefits are poor and the like can be overcome, and the advantages that the quality of the cement is stable, the cost is low and the economic benefits are good are realized.
