The invention relates to the field of building materials, in particular to antifreeze and waterproof alloy powder for concrete and a preparation method of the antifreeze and waterproof alloy powder, and aims at solving the problems that concrete work is easily damaged and poor in comprehensive durability due to frequent alternative freezing and thawing of concrete in the prior art, and the existing technologies are generally that some index is excessively raised by lowering down other performance indexes, particularly lowering down the mechanical performance index. The invention aims to provide antifreeze and waterproof alloy powder for concrete, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 13.28 to 19.75 parts of Al2O3, 14.20 to 22.24 parts of MgO, 13.59 to 20.60 parts of SiO2, 9.36 to 13.91 parts of ZrO2, and 8.82 to 14.42 parts of MoO3. The preparation method comprises the steps of uniformly mixing the raw materials; performing high-temperature injection and rolling; then activating and modifying through a siliane coupling agent and hexamethonium chloride; compounding by the nano-vapor deposition and spray coating technology; finally crushing to obtain the antifreeze and waterproof alloy powder for concrete. With the adoption of the antifreeze and waterproof alloy powder for concrete, the freeze-thaw resistance of concrete is greatly improved, the freeze resistance is improved by a number of grades, and the convenience of construction and operation is ensured while the waterproofing and anti-leakage performance as well as the cracking resistance are improved.
