Foam concrete self-insulation building block and production method thereof
The invention discloses a foam concrete self-insulation building block and a production method thereof. The building block is prepared from raw materials in percentage by weight as follows: 49-55% of ordinary Portland cement 32.5 or 42.5, 8-14% of residues from an aluminum plant, 4-8% of zeolite powder, 1-8% of fly ash, 0.5-0.8% of hard calcium, 2-2.5% of hydrogen peroxide, 0.1-0.2% of a catalyst, 0.3-0.5% of a reinforcing agent, 0.3-0.5% of a water reducing agent, 0.2-0.4% of manmade inorganic fibers and 24-28% of water. The strength of the foam concrete building block is improved, meanwhile, the thermal insulation function is guaranteed, the strength of the low-density foam concrete building block is improved, the thermal conductivity is decreased, the building block is light, environment-friendly, sound-insulating, thermal-insulating, waterproof, fireproof and large in building bearing force, energy consumption is reduced, constructiontechnologies are reduced, and the cold bridge problem caused by multiple technological mounting and construction arrangement during construction is solved.
