The invention discloses a processing formula and a production process of high-temperature foam concrete and a self-insulation building block. A required high-strength high-temperature-resistant foam concrete product and a self-insulation building block product are obtained by matching and processing corresponding amounts of a cement material and other functional materials, corresponding processesand corresponding process conditions. Solid waste coal ash of a power plant is utilized in the material, so that environmental pollution caused by the coal ash is reduced, the utilization rate of thecoal ash is increased, waste recycling is achieved, environmental friendliness is achieved, and ecological environmental pollution is reduced; and the prepared concrete is heat-insulating, light and waterproof and has the same service life as a building. A foam stabilizer and high-temperature water are utilized to increase the temperature in the slurry manufacturing process, thereby implementing quick foaming and foam stabilization in the foaming technique, achieving the water-reducing effect, enhancing the concrete strength, reducing the raw material consumption, enhancing the product qualityand lowering the actual cost consumption.
本发明公开了一种高温泡沫混凝土及自保温砌块加工配方及生产工艺,通过对应水泥材料及其他功能材料对应量、对应工序、对应工艺条件进行组配加工,得到所需的高强度的耐高温的泡沫混凝土产品以及自保温砌块的产品,材料中利用电厂的固废煤灰减少了煤灰对环境的污染,提高了煤灰的利用率,实现废物回收再利用,绿色环保,减少了生态环境污染;制得的混凝土保温、轻质、防水与建筑同寿命。利用稳泡剂和高温水提高桨料制作流程中的温度,实现发泡工艺快速发泡和稳泡,达到减水效果,增加混凝土强度,减少原材料用量,提升产品质量同时降低实际成本消耗。
