Inorganic heat-insulating mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention provides an inorganic heat-insulating mortar and a preparation method thereof. The inorganic heat-insulating mortar comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 40%-70% of fluorgypsum powder, 0.5%-20% of alkaline exciting agents, 0.5%-5% of sulfate exciting agents, 0.05%-2% of additives and 20%-35% of light-weight aggregates. The inorganic heat-insulating mortar provided by the invention is prepared by taking fluorgypsum as a cementing material, properly doping the alkaline exciting agents, the sulfate exciting agents and a small amount of additives and then adding the light-weight aggregates. Compared with the prior art, the inorganic heat-insulating mortar provided by the invention has the advantages of low heat conduction coefficient, good water resistance and high strength.
