Carbon fiber gypsum material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a carbon fiber gypsum material. The carbon fiber gypsum material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of gypsum powder, 1-3 parts of carbon fibers, 0.3-0.6 part of a speed reducer, 0.1-0.5 part of a retarder and 30-55 parts of water. A preparation method of the carbon fiber gypsum material comprises the following steps: dry-mixing the carbon fibers with the gypsum powder, respectively adding the water, the speed reducer and the retarder to prepare a stand sample, maintaining for 3 days at the room temperature after de-molding, and drying in an oven at 40+/-2 DEG C till oven drying, thereby obtaining the carbon fiber gypsum material. The carbon fiber gypsum material has the advantage of high strength, average dry compressive strength over 20Mpa and average dry breaking strength over 12Mpa.
