Modified enhanced gypsum material and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and specifically relates to a modified enhanced gypsum material. The modified enhanced gypsum material is prepared from following raw materials: calcium-aluminum ores, nano boehmite, building gypsum, and a retarder. The calcium-aluminum ores and nano boehmite are used to modify the gypsum material; the mechanical properties and microscopic pore structure of the gypsum material are improved; and the compression strength of the gypsum material is improved by 20 to 117%. The invention also relates to a preparation method of the modified enhanced gypsum material.
本发明属于建筑材料的技术领域,具体涉及一种改性增强石膏材料,所述改性增强石膏材料由包括钙铝系矿物、纳米勃姆石、建筑石膏和缓凝剂的原料制备而成。本发明利用钙铝系矿物和纳米勃姆石对石膏材料进行改性,提高了其力学性能和微观的孔结构,使石膏材料的抗压强度提高20%~117%。本发明还涉及所述改性增强石膏材料的制备方法。
