The invention discloses a sintered brick prepared from wastes. The sintered brick comprises the following raw materials in percentages by weight: 92-98% of solid wastes and 2-8% of water, wherein the solid wastes comprise the following components: 25-35% of ceramic wastes, 2-5% of cement dust, 22-30% of coal slag, 5-30% of coal gangue and 10-15% of building river silt. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the sintered brick prepared from wastes. By the preparation method, the brick prepared from the wastes, which has the advantages of large strength and good plasticity, can be obtained and thus the problem of stacking of wastes in multiple industries is solved and the environmental damage is decreased.
