Themethod comprises the following steps: grinding filter residues left after solid sodium silicate is liquefied and filtered to 5 [mu]m, taking the powder react with dilute sulfuric acid at 70-80 DEG C,controlling the pH value of a reaction end point to be 4-6, aging for 15 minutes at 80-90 DEG C, and carrying out filter pressing washing, flash evaporation drying and airflow crushing to obtain the perlite and silicon dioxide composite acid-resistant brick material. According to the preparation method of the acid-resistant brick material prepared from the waste, emission of pollutants is reduced,waste is turned into wealth, resources are utilized to the maximum extent, and the cost is saved. The method can be applied to brick preparation, not only can improve the acid corrosion resistance ofthe brick, but also can improve the heat preservation effect of the brick, and has good social benefits.
本发明属于耐酸砖用材料技术领域,具体涉及一种利用废弃物制备的耐酸砖用材料及其制备方法。本发明将固体硅酸钠经液化过滤后剩下的滤渣研磨至5μm后,在70~80℃下与稀硫酸反应,控制反应终点pH值为4~6,在80~90℃下陈化15min,经压滤洗涤、闪蒸干燥、气流破碎后制得具有珍珠岩和二氧化硅的复合耐酸砖用材料。本发明提供的利用废弃物制备的耐酸砖用材料的制备方法减少了污染物的排放,变废为宝,资源最大化利用,节约成本;可以应用于砖块制备中,既能提高砖块的耐酸腐蚀能力,又能提高砖块的保温效果,具有良好的社会效益。
