Sodium-free novel high-strength ceramic bonding agent and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a sodium-free novel high-strength ceramic bonding agent and a preparation method thereof. The sodium-free novel high-strength ceramic bonding agent is prepared from the following raw materials: 1-7wt% of Li2O, 8-18wt% of B2O3, 10-18wt% of Al2O3, 3-12wt% of P2O3, 45-60% of Si2O3, 4-10wt% of ZnO, 3-7wt% of any two of BaO, CaO and MgO, 2-6wt% of Bi2O3, 1-4wt% of a reinforcing phase which is one or two of TiO2, ZrO2 and La2O3. The preparation method for the sodium-free novel high-strength ceramic bonding agent comprises the following steps: a step I, preparing and mixing materials; a step II, putting the materials prepared in the step I into a corundum crucible, and increasing temperature to obtain molten liquid; a step III, drying the molten liquid obtained in the step II after water-quenching, and grinding into powder, thereby obtaining the sodium-free novel high-strength ceramic bonding agent. The preparation method of the sodium-free novel high-strength ceramic bonding agent is simple and easy. The prepared sodium-free novel high-strength ceramic bonding agent has refractoriness of 700-850 DEG C and breaking strength of 90-110Mpa, and is suitable for milling a diamond tool, a cubic boron nitride tool, a diamond composite sheet, and the like.
