The invention discloses a ceramic bonding agent for a high-speed grinding wheel and a preparation method of the ceramic bonding agent. The ceramic bonding agent comprises the following substances in parts by weight: 15-28 parts of Na2O, 26-31 parts of B2O3, 45-50 parts of Al2O3, 10-18 parts of SiO2, 6-10 parts of K2O, 5-11 parts of LiNO3, 3-7 parts of Ni and 4-8 parts of MnO2. The preparation method comprises the following steps: fully mixing all the raw materials in a ball mill, adding water, performing ball milling for 6-8h, then standing for 3-4h, pouring out the water, drying at the temperature of 95-105 DEG C, further performing ball milling, screening to prepare the ceramic bonding agent. The ceramic bonding agent prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention can significantly improve the strength of the ceramic grinding wheel, prolong the service life and upgrade the grinding efficiency of the grinding wheel.
