Anti-collision mechanism for steel wheel edge of road roller
The invention relates to an anti-collision mechanism for the steel wheel edge of a road roller. The anti-collision mechanism comprises a detection device, a combined valve body and a control device, wherein the detection device is arranged on a steel wheel of the road roller; the combined valve body is arranged between a steering oil cylinder and a steering device of the road roller; the control device is connected with the detection device and the combined valve body; the detection device comprises an ultrasonic probe and an amplifier; the combined valve body comprises a two-position four-way valve and a three-position four-way valve; and the control device is a processor which takes a motorola MS51 series single chip microcomputer as a core, and the control device is additionally connected with a display and an alarm. Compared with the prior art, the anti-collision mechanism disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that the distance between the steel wheel edge and a barrier can be detected by adopting an ultrasonic probe and having alarm and display functions without arranging a person for surveillance, so that the labor power is saved and the labor intensity of an operator is alleviated; the anti-collision mechanism disclosed by the invention can be used for automatically avoiding the barrier by controlling the combined valve body through the singlechip, can steer flexibly, and is safe and reliable; the road construction efficiency can be improved, and the economic loss caused by misoperation can be reduced.
