The invention discloses a horizontally adjustable support. The horizontally adjustable support rotates relative to an upper support plate through a spherical crown, the spherical crown slides on a lower support plate to satisfy a large-angle gradient adjustment demand, the displacement of the upper support plate and the spherical crown during the large-angle rotation gradient adjustment is limited through a limiting baffle, and thus the structure stability and safety are guaranteed; a replaceable shaft sleeve is embedded in the upper support plate and thus the horizontal adjustment demand can be satisfied by replacing an eccentric shaft sleeve.
