CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF HORIZONTALLY LAID ROOF, AND HORIZONTALLY LAID ROOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a horizontally laid roof which can be safely and surely laid from an upstream side to a downstream side along an inclined slope of a roof substrate, and can be applied to both of new construction and repair, and to provide a horizontally laid roof.SOLUTION: A construction method of a horizontally laid roof includes: a first step of fitting a projection 23 provided on a water lower end of a heat insulation material 2 into a rear face side of a water downstream molding section 12 of a horizontally laid external facing material 1, and temporarily attaching the projection to the rear face side; a second step of causing the horizontally laid external facing material 1 to which the heat insulation material 2 is temporarily attached in the first step, to face in an inclined shape and rotating the horizontally laid external facing material, while fitting a water upstream molding section 13 thereof into the water downstream molding section 12 of the horizontally laid external facing material 1 mounted on a roof surface; a third step of pressing a pressing section 24 of the heat insulation material 2 of the horizontally laid external facing material 1 mounted in the second step, sliding the pressing section to the water upstream side, and providing a rotational space in the next stage on the rear face side of the water downstream molding section 12 of the horizontally laid external facing material 1; and a fourth step of fixing a holding member 3 to the roof surface in a state in which the holding member is rotated and fitted so as to be arranged on the rear face side of the water downstream molding section 12 of the horizontally laid external facing material 1 mounted in the third step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】屋根下地の傾斜勾配に沿って水上側から水下側へ安全且つ確実に敷設することができ、新設にも改修にも適用できる横葺き屋根の施工方法、及び横葺き屋根を提供する。【解決手段】横葺き外装材1の水下側成形部12の裏面側に、断熱材2の水下端に設けた突出部23を嵌合させ仮付けする第1の工程と、第1の工程にて断熱材2を仮付けした横葺き外装材1を傾斜状に臨ませ、回動させつつその水上側成形部13を、屋根面に取り付けた横葺き外装材1の水下側成形部12に係合させる第2の工程と、第2の工程にて取り付けた横葺き外装材1の前記断熱材2の押圧部24を押圧して水上側へスライドさせ、横葺き外装材1の水下側成形部12の裏面側に次段における回動空間を設ける第3の工程と、第3の工程にて取り付けた横葺き外装材1の水下側成形部12の裏面側に配置されるように保持部材3を回動させつつ係合させた状態で屋根面に固定する第4の工程からなる。【選択図】図1
