The invention discloses a high-speed rail sound barrier device. The high-speed rail sound barrier device comprises a sound absorption mechanism and a frame. The sound absorption mechanism comprises a first arc-shaped device, a second arc-shaped device and a transparent device arranged between the first arc-shaped device and the second arc-shaped device. Sound absorption layers are arranged in the first arc-shaped device and the second arc-shaped device. The transparent device comprises two opposite glass plates, and a cavity is formed between the two glass plates and set in a vacuum state. The sound absorption mechanism is detachably arranged in the frame so that a sound barrier device body can be formed. The invention further discloses an installation assembly of the high-speed rail sound barrier device. Segmental design is adopted in the high-speed rail sound barrier device, storage, transportation, installation and later maintenance are facilitated, and the sound absorption effect is greatly improved compared with that in the traditional art. By the adoption of the installation assembly of the high-speed rail sound barrier device, installation stability is improved, and the high-speed rail sound barrier device is longer in service life.
