The invention discloses a test device for simulating vertical and transverse bearing characteristics of a pile foundation on the basis of a geotechnical centrifuge. The test device comprises a model box, a support frame, a pile foundation vertical bearing force loading system and a pile foundation transverse bearing force loading system, wherein foundation soil is contained in the model box, a test pile is inserted into the foundation soil, the pile foundation vertical bearing force loading system comprises a vertical load loading platform and a vertical load loading plate, a vertical displacement meter is arranged on the support frame, a probe of the vertical displacement meter is connected with the vertical load loading platform, the pile foundation transverse bearing force loading system comprises a transverse load loading platform, a transverse load loading plate and a transverse displacement meter, the transverse load loading platform is connected with a steel wire rope, and the steel wire rope firstly upwards extends, then extends into the model box and is fixedly arranged on the vertical load loading platform. A test system has the advantages that vertical and transverse combined load can be exerted on the test pile, the vertical load and the transverse load can also be respectively exerted on the test pile, the installation flexibility of each component is high, and in addition, the goal of non-stop graded loading can be realized.
