The invention provides a heat preserving and environmentally-friendly decorative board for an external wall. The decorative board comprises a fireproof layer, a heat preserving layer, a waterproof layer and a decorating layer which are adhered from inside to outside in a sequence to form the decorative board for the external wall; double faced adhesive tapes are adhered to four sides and the bottom surface of the decorative board; a concave groove is formed in one end of the decorative layer, and while a bulge is arranged at the other end of the decorative layer; a female joining opening is formed in the inner side of the concave groove, and while a male joining end is formed in the end part of the bulge. According to the heat preserving and environmentally-friendly decorative board for the external wall, the decorative layer and the waterproof layer are adhered through phenolic resin adhesive, so that the decorative layer can be effectively avoided deforming or falling; a step-shaped concave groove, the bulge, the female joining opening and the male joining opening are arranged at a connector, so that the accurate mounting can be achieved; meanwhile, the difficulty at mounting is reduced; the double faced adhesive tapes are arranged at the four sides and the bottom surface and can be simply matched and adhered; therefore, the construction progress is raised; the female joining opening and the male joining opening are in shapes of saw-teeth which can prevent rainwater from entering the connector, and as a result, the service life of the decorative board for the external wall is prolonged.
