The invention discloses a cross arm hoop of an electric pole. The cross arm hoop of the electric pole comprises a semi-circular left hoop and a semi-circular right hoop, and two ends of each semi-circle bend towards the outside to form fixing lugs with screw holes; the cross arm hoop of the electric pole is characterized in that two fixing lugs of one semi-circle of the two semi-circles extend towards the outside to form connecting plates, the outer sides of the two connecting plates are firmly connected with a cross arm fixing plate, and a reserved connecting hole for holding the cross arm is formed in the cross arm fixing plate.
