The invention discloses a multifunctional hoop for an electric power cement pole. The multifunctional hoop comprises two fixed point structures, and a flexible connecting band is detachably mounted onthe adjacent two sides of the two fixed point structures. Each fixed point structure comprises a supporting structure. Each supporting structure comprises an arc-shaped flexible attached edge attached to the electric power cement pole. The two ends of each flexible attached edge are fixedly connected with rigid supporting edges. The rigid supporting edges are provided with sliding holes. The twoends of the flexible connecting band penetrate through the sliding holes of the corresponding rigid supporting edges, and the two ends of the flexible connecting band are connected through a buckle toform a closed loop. A squeeze tightening mechanism used for squeezing the flexible connecting band inwards to enable the flexible connecting band to be tightened and bundled on the electric power cement pole is mounted on each rigid supporting edge. The looped flexible connecting band is tensioned through the squeeze tightening mechanisms, and then the flexible connecting band and the flexible attached edges can be quickly and tightly bundled onto the electric power cement pole.
