The invention discloses a rotary furnace which comprises a combustion flue, a heating system and a control system, wherein the heating system is used for heating the combustion flue; the control system is used for controlling the heating system to work; a heat-insulating layer wraps the combustion flue; the heat-insulating layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 3.2 parts of polystyrene granules, 1.7 parts of glass fibers, 0.8 part of aluminum residue powder, 0.9 part of ash calcium powder, 1.3 parts of hollow glass micro-beads and 0.5 part of lithium silicate. According to the rotary furnace provided by the invention, the high-strength, anti-aging, corrosion-resisting and excellent heat-insulating type heat-insulating layer wraps the combustion flue, so that the heat-insulating property of the combustion flue is increased and the energy consumption of the rotary furnace is reduced.
