Rotary coal powder furnace
The invention relates to a coal powder furnace, in particular relates to a rotary coal powder furnace, and belongs to the technical field of coal powder furnaces; the rotary coal powder furnace comprises a combustion chamber and a rear cover; the bottom of the combustion chamber is fixed on an inclined base; a front rolling way and a rear rolling way are arranged on the side surface of the combustion chamber; transmission shafts are arranged at two sides of the combustion chamber; a front roller and a rear roller are respectively connected with the front and rear ends of the transmission shafts; the front roller is in rolling connection to the front rolling way; the rear roller is in the rolling connection to the rear rolling way; a deceleration motor is arranged on the inclined base; driving chain wheels are arranged on the output end of the deceleration motor; a driven chain wheel is arranged on each transmission shaft; and the driving chain wheels are connected with the driven chain wheels through transmission chains so as to drive the driven chain wheels to rotate. The rotary coal powder furnace disclosed by the invention is simple, compact and reasonable in structure; the driving wheel is transmitted by the combustion chamber and a front interface of the coal powder furnace by virtue of a chain of a decelerator; the rotary coal powder furnace can rotate slowly; the whole combustion chamber is uniformly heated; the loss conditions of all refractory bricks are same, and therefore, materials are saved, and the service life is long.
