The invention discloses a nanometer/micrometer-crystal gradient structure calcium phosphate bio-ceramic material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The material comprises three different-gradient crystal structure layers, including a nanometer-crystal structure surface layer, a nanometer/micrometer-crystal structure transition layer, a micrometer-crystal structure center layer. The material is characterized in that HA bio-ceramic with a nanometer/micrometer-crystal gradient-variable structure is obtained by forming a sintering temperature gradient distribution field. The nanometer-crystal layer of the material endows the material with unique bioactivity; the micrometer-crystal layer guarantees the mechanical properties of the material; the nanometer-crystal layer and the micrometer-crystal layer are in gradient transition and are combined closely, and the mechanical properties of the material and a natural hard tissue can be matched by regulating the combination of the nanometer/micrometer layer structures so as to realize the aim of satisfying the multi-functional requirements of a biological material.
