Novel aluminate cement material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a novel aluminate cement material and a preparation method thereof and belongs to the technical field of processing of cement. The novel aluminate cement material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15-35 parts of magnesium aluminate spinel, 20-40 parts of mono calcium aluminate, 30-60 parts of calcium dialuminate, 10-20 parts of corundum castable, 1-10 parts of bauxite and 30-60 parts of caustic soda. The preparation method of the novel aluminate cement material comprises the following steps: mixing the materials according to a ratio, fusing and cooling to prepare clinker, crushing and grinding the clinker until the specific surface area is greater than 300m<2>/kg to obtain an aluminate cement finished product. The novel aluminate cement is high in slag resistance, high in refractoriness, high in smelting point and high in slag corrosion resistance; the preparation method is simple and suitable for industrial large-scale production.
