The invention relates to the technical field of concrete additives and in particular relates to an anti-erosion and anti-corrosion agent and a preparation method thereof. The anti-erosion and anti-corrosion agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 16-20% of a composite expansion clinker, 35-50% of an admixture, 25-30% of grade-II pulverized fuel ash, 4-10% of a water reducing agent and 5-8% of modified components. The preparation method of the anti-erosion and anti-corrosion agent comprises the following steps: grinding the composite expansion clinker, the admixture, the water reducing agent and the modified components into powder, adding the grade-II pulverized fuel ash, uniformly mixing and firing at the proper temperature to obtain the anti-erosion and anti-corrosion agent. Compared with the prior art, the anti-erosion and anti-corrosion agent is high in corrosion resistance, low in content of alkali, high in controllability of expansion rate and high in durability, and has anti-permeability and anti-freezing properties and energy-saving and environment-protecting effects.
