Concrete anti-corrosion agent and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a concrete anti-corrosion agent which comprises the following components: 80-90 parts of a compact component, 5-10 parts of an air entraining component and 2-3 parts of an anti-corrosion component, wherein the compact component is a silicate mineral, the anti-corrosion component is a mixture of disodium phosphate and barium silicate, and the air entraining component is fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfonate. The invention further provides a method for preparing the concrete anti-corrosion agent. The method comprises the following steps: calcining disodium phosphate and barium silicate for 1 h at 1,200-1,300 DEG C; adding a proper amount of water to the calcined disodium phosphate and barium silicate; placing the disodium phosphate and barium silicate into a ball grinder and grinding the disodium phosphate and barium silicate; adding the silicate mineral and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfonate to the ground disodium phosphate and barium silicate; conducting stirring uniformly. The raw materials of the concrete anti-corrosion agent provided by the invention are easy to obtain, and the concrete anti-corrosion agent can improve the sulfate corrosion resistance of concrete and has remarkable social and economic benefits.
