Cement-based grouting material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a cement-based grouting material and a preparation method thereof, and relates to a cement-based grouting material for building. The cement-based grouting material can be constructed conveniently and is low in cost and has excellent physical and chemical properties. The cement-based grouting material is prepared from the following raw material in mass ratio: 350-450 of cement, 300-400 of gravel, 150-200 of medium sand, 50-100 of fine sand, 20-70 of filler, 40-50 of an expanding agent, 6-10 of a water reducing agent, 1-3 of an assistant, and 13-20 of water; the cement-based grouting material can also be prepared from the following raw material in mass ratio: 350-450 of the cement, 300-400 of coarse sand, 150-200 of the medium sand, 50-100 of the fine sand, 20-50 of the filler, 40-60 of an expanding agent, 8-12 of a water reducing agent, 1-3 of an assistant, and 13-18 parts of water. During preparation, all the raw materials are mixed and stirred to obtain dry powder cement-based grouting material.
